Job Description

Summary

Provide exceptional client service and represent the brand at the San Francisco boutique while supporting sales goals and maintaining operational standards. Tailor client experiences, leverage CRM tools to build relationships, and contribute to merchandising and shop floor maintenance. This role emphasizes luxury retail knowledge, product expertise, and consistent achievement of individual and store targets.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver impeccable client service and act as a brand ambassador
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and support team goals
  • Use CRM tools to source new clients and maintain customer records
  • Build and retain long term relationships with loyal clients
  • Support the sales ceremony on the shop floor and mentor teammates
  • Assist with merchandising and upkeep of the boutique
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and brand heritage
  • Oversee adherence to sales policies and store initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience
  • Experience in women’s and men’s ready to wear
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and clienteling practices
  • Professional presentation and commitment to brand standards
