Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and recommending proper fit and style guidance
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow up
• Achieve individual and department sales goals in-store and via digital tools like text and social media
• Participate in continuous learning and product trainings
• Collaborate with team to fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain a customer-ready department
• Use networking and technology to drive sales and customer engagement
