Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow the brand selling ceremony
- Capture and maintain accurate client data using company CRM tools
- Maintain an organized client book and perform regular client follow up
- Advise clients on trends and product knowledge with passion for luxury fashion
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent client experience
- Maintain store security, visual standards, and organized stock areas
- Adhere to brand image standards and company policies
Requirements
- Ability to maintain regular reliable attendance and flexible schedule focused on weekends
- 1+ years of prior service related work experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with technology and CRM tools
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Additional languages considered a plus
- Strong organization, follow up skills, and attention to detail
