Responsibilities
- Deliver the brand experience and create memorable moments for every client.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and outreach.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data using POS and client tracking systems.
- Convert clients through discovery and personalized selling techniques.
- Drive repeat business and grow sales through key product pillars.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to enhance the in-store experience.
- Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to improve service.
- Collaborate with the team to support store commercial objectives.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results.
- Ability to connect with clients and deliver personalized service.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and email.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- College or university degree preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple languages preferred.
