As a Client Advisor at Prada Fifth Avenue, you will embody the brand's philosophy and values, striving to maximize sales performance by fostering customer relationships and enhancing brand loyalty. You will provide a unique in-store experience, guiding clients into the world of Prada.

• Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, utilizing CRM and digital tools.
• Engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
• Effectively handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
• Contribute to a high level of security and prevent product thefts.

• Passion for human relations and sales.
• Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.
• Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.
