Summary

Deliver elevated selling and exceptional customer service as a Client Advisor for fine apparel, cultivating relationships with clients in-store and digitally while leveraging technology to become a trusted style confidante. This onsite role reports to the Sales Manager and focuses on personalized styling, outreach, and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain long term client relationships through personalized styling and engagement
• Provide expert styling and brand knowledge to guide client wardrobe decisions
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and generate traffic
• Sell both in person and remotely using omni channel and fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize individual business through outreach and technology to increase productivity
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology for outreach and transactions
• Create a collaborative and positive work environment

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Proven commission sales experience
• Comfortable using technology and digital selling tools
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Flexible work schedule and ability to work onsite
