Temporary Style Advisor responsible for delivering personalized luxury shopping experiences at the boutique, building strong client relationships and driving sales while embodying the brand's values and selling ceremony. Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain personal accountability for individual performance objectives
- Recommend merchandise across all channels using an omni-channel approach
- Stay current with market trends and competitor activity
- Maintain product knowledge across all categories to service client preferences
- Deliver memorable guest experiences using unique styling and the brand selling ceremony
- Deepen client relationships through ongoing communication including notes, calls and emails
- Capture customer data through discovery and optimize hospitality and store amenities
- Support operations including visual merchandising after care and inventory control
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year sales retail hospitality or cross-industry experience
- Proven history of driving sales and achieving results
- Strong client engagement and service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to anticipate client needs and manage time effectively
- College level education preferred
- Ability to embody brand values and follow boutique procedures
