Summary

The Client Advisor - Handbags cultivates relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. This onsite role services clients in-store and digitally using technology to provide styling guidance and drive sales while reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized outreach and service
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge for handbags and related fashion
• Use digital tools and store technology to sell and engage remote and in-person clients
• Leverage omnichannel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Aim to achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize individual business growth through outreach and technology usage
• Utilize social media and digital channels to connect with clients and drive traffic
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
• Commission sales experience
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible work schedule to meet store needs
• Ability to work onsite and engage clients both in-person and digitally
