Job Description

Summary

Provide elevated selling and exceptional customer service to cultivate relationships with clients both in-store and digitally, specializing in handbags. Use digital tools and styling expertise to meet sales goals and act as a trusted style advisor while working onsite and reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate client relationships through personalized service and outreach
  • Achieve personal sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals
  • Utilize digital selling tools and omni-channel inventory to drive sales
  • Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge for handbags
  • Engage clients both in-person and remotely using technology
  • Strategize and grow individual business through outreach and technology usage
  • Create a collaborative and positive work environment

Requirements

  • Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
  • Experience selling on commission
  • Comfortable using technology and digital selling tools
  • Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
