Provide exceptional, personalized service as a luxury Client Advisor in a fast-paced retail environment. Act as an ambassador of the brand, tailoring experiences to clients and building long-term relationships. Use strong product knowledge and clienteling tools to drive sales and elevate the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and targets.
• Advise clients across the brand and all product categories with expert product knowledge.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and systems.
• Deliver personalized, high-end customer experiences on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve personal and store performance.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer-focused experience, preferably within a luxury or high-end market.
• Strong sales and commercial mindset with a willingness to learn and curiosity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to master brand and product knowledge and to use clienteling tools effectively.
• Availability to work a retail schedule in Honolulu.
