Summary

Provide exceptional, personalized service as a brand ambassador on the sales floor, creating memorable experiences and building long-term client relationships. Use product knowledge and clienteling tools to understand client needs and tailor recommendations across product categories.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and performance goals
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge to advise clients across all categories
• Act as a personal advisor to clients, developing and maintaining relationships through clienteling tools
• Contribute to a fast-paced retail environment with a strategic sales and commercial mindset

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred, ideally within high-end or luxury markets; strong customer-centric background considered
• Demonstrated sales focus, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule in a fast-paced store environment and using clienteling systems
