Provide exceptional luxury client service by guiding clients through the Valentino experience, driving sales and building long term relationships while supporting store operations and merchandising. Deliver personalized styling, achieve CRM and sales targets, and uphold presentation standards in a boutique retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and personalized outreach.
- Deliver Valentino Couture Service throughout the client journey including preparation, presentation, closing and follow up.
- Use CRM tools to capture client data, execute campaigns, and meet KPIs and sales targets.
- Provide styling advice, curate looks based on trends and client preferences, and prepare for client appointments.
- Support merchandising tasks including product maintenance, replenishment and warehouse stock checks.
- Assist with sales and after sales activities including returns, repairs and complaints.
- Collaborate with visual and store teams to uphold presentation and display guidelines.
- Operate POS for client transactions and perform operational tasks when needed.
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with relevant clientele focus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and meeting targets.
- Strong clienteling and relationship building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with POS systems and MS Office programs.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Action oriented with a drive for results and strong problem solving skills.
- Team player able to collaborate across store functions.
