Seasonal Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, meeting sales objectives, and supporting store operations. This role emphasizes customer first service, fashion knowledge, and teamwork to uphold brand standards and drive performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and uphold brand policies.
- Connect customers using the store loyalty program and educate them on offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Support operational tasks including floor sets and replenishment.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and maintain BOH processes.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate the register.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible overnight shifts.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Capability to uphold store visual standards and follow company guidelines.
