Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury client experiences through personalized styling, proactive clienteling, and achievement of sales and CRM targets at the Oakridge store. Role involves product knowledge, appointment preparation, and supporting day to day boutique operations to uphold brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Create and sustain long term client relationships through proactive engagement and personalized service.
- Deliver the full client journey including preparation, welcome, presentation, closing and follow up.
- Utilize CRM tools to capture client data, run personalized reach out campaigns and meet CRM targets.
- Style clients across categories using up to date fashion knowledge and product fit experience.
- Prepare for client appointments by researching preferences and organizing merchandise.
- Assist with sales and after sales activities including returns, repairs and complaints.
- Maintain product presentation, replenish floor stock and manage warehouse inquiries.
- Support store operations including POS transactions, shipping and receiving when required.
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with clientele focused background.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and meeting KPIs.
- Strong client relationship building and communication skills.
- Ability to operate retail POS systems and basic MS Office programs.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Foreign language skills considered a plus.
- Action oriented with problem solving ability and a team player attitude.
