Summary
Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail service, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing the brand and providing memorable in-store experiences. Role requires strong communication, sales aptitude, and Mandarin language skills to engage a diverse clientele at the Hudson Yards location.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the brand experience and act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador during every client interaction.
- Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plans.
- Capture and maintain client data using client tracking systems and POS.
- Drive sales through key product pillars and personalized selling ceremonies.
- Elevate in-store experience by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Act on client feedback and TEI performance to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base and communicate effectively in Mandarin.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook or email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- College degree and gemology coursework or GIA preferred.
