Summary
Deliver the Tiffany client experience by acting as a brand ambassador, developing client relationships, and achieving store commercial targets through elevated service and clienteling. The role requires strong communication, entrepreneurial drive, and flexibility to work varied hours including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Embody the brand in each client interaction and deliver memorable in-store moments
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems
- Convert clients through discovery and personalized appointments
- Drive sales through key product pillars and styling recommendations
- Leverage client feedback and NPS to improve the in-store experience
- Support hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or relevant client-facing roles
- Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results
- Ability to connect with diverse clients and build rapport
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook
- Authorization to work in the United States
- College or university degree preferred
- Proficiency in multiple languages preferred
