Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized outreach and service
• Sell products in person and using digital tools and social media
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge when advising clients
• Use omni channel and fleetwide inventory and digital store technology for sales
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize individual business growth through outreach and technology usage
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
• Commission sales experience
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Flexible availability to work retail schedule
