Job Description

Summary

Provide elevated clienteling and styling services to luxury jewelry clients in-store and through digital tools, cultivating long-term relationships and driving sales. This role focuses on personalized outreach, omni-channel selling, and expert product knowledge while working onsite at the specified store.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate client relationships through elevated selling and personal engagement
  • Service clients in-store and digitally using technology for outreach and selling
  • Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge for jewelry and related products
  • Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
  • Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
  • Strategize personal business to increase productivity through outreach and technology
  • Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic
  • Create a positive work environment through collaboration

Requirements

  • Experience in styling, fashion, or luxury retail with client selling experience
  • Experience using technology and digital tools for client outreach and sales
  • Commission sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
  • Flexible work schedule availability
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
