Job Description

Summary

As a Client Advisor, you will embody luxury service by engaging with clients across multiple channels to deliver personalized experiences. You will balance individual sales targets with team goals to elevate the client journey, drive revenue, and foster loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Kering's renowned fashion brands.
  • Ensure a unique and personalized client experience via telephone, live-chat, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Perform sales and contribute to the team sales target.
  • Adhere to brands' ecommerce and retail policies.
  • Be knowledgeable about brand history, products, and collections.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet client requests.
  • Gather and share client feedback to improve processes and services.
  • Participate in Clienteling activities.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiasm for luxury brands and products.
  • Commercial and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays.
