Part Time Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail experiences, building long term client relationships, and supporting sales objectives. The role focuses on personalized clienteling, product knowledge, and representing the brand standard in a fast paced store environment. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals
• Provide tailored advice across brand and product categories
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge
• Use in house clienteling tools to develop long term relationships
• Deliver memorable customer experiences and uphold brand standards
• Maintain client records and follow up to drive repeat business
• Collaborate with store team to support commercial performance

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferably in high end or luxury market
• Strong customer centric background and relationship building skills
• Commercial and strategic sales mindset
• Willingness to learn and develop in luxury retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced store environment
