Summary

Provide elevated in-store and digital client services specializing in ladies shoes. Cultivate lasting relationships through styling expertise, personalized outreach, and use of digital selling tools while achieving personal sales and conversion goals. Position reports to the Sales Manager and is onsite at the specified store location.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate client relationships through elevated selling and exceptional customer service
• Provide expert styling and brand knowledge for ladies shoes
• Use technology and digital tools for outreach and omni channel selling
• Service clients in person and remotely using fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize personal business to increase productivity through outreach and technology

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, and fashion retail
• Commission sales experience
• Comfortable using technology and digital selling tools
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs
