Client Advisor - Las Vegas Forum Shops

Summary

The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences, cultivates long-term relationships, and supports store objectives. Reporting to a Client Advisor Manager or Store Manager/Director, the role focuses on driving sales, mastering product knowledge, and assisting with visual merchandising or training as needed. This position operates on the sales floor at the Forum Shops in Las Vegas and contributes to achieving individual and store KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients to provide a high-end client experience in line with brand standards.
• Develop and manage client relationships, proactively reaching out to existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and key KPIs (ADT, UPT, data capture, repurchase rate).
• Support visual merchandising standards and assist with inventory preparation and execution.
• Collaborate with store leadership on operations, follow up on charge sends, repairs, and holds, and participate as a team player.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment (hospitality or client-facing roles acceptable).
• Client-centric, team-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional presentation and dependable, punctual, and flexible work approach.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages preferred.
• Technologically proficient, comfortable using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
