Senior Client Advisor - Fontainebleau

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor is the brand ambassador responsible for achieving sales objectives by deepening client connections and providing best-in-class, elevated experiences both in-store and remotely. This role supports certain store leadership activities while driving individual and team results through clienteling, product storytelling, and expert styling. The Senior Client Advisor also contributes to store operations, visual standards, and POS management to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and build strong, long-term relationships with clients in-store and via remote channels.
• Drive individual and collective sales by monitoring KPIs, maximizing selling opportunities, and using cross-sell and upsell techniques.
• Promote and conduct virtual appointments and distance sales to expand client reach.
• Use product knowledge and storytelling to advise clients and provide personalized styling recommendations.
• Support store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, POS transactions, returns/exchanges, and adherence to loss prevention procedures.
• Contribute to visual merchandising standards and assist with onboarding and training of new Client Advisors when needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven sales track record.
• Passion for relationship building, strong commercial awareness, and client-centric attitude.
• High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to collaborate and inspire teammates.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
