Summary

The Fashion Advisor, Watches & Fine Jewelry provides a superior client experience to drive conversion, retention, and boutique revenue. This role supports the full client journey, works closely with the sales team, and reports to boutique leadership to inspire brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up
• Manage intake of repairs and alterations and maintain communication with clients regarding status
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet business and sales objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience; watches and jewelry knowledge preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Full-time in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and service
