Summary

The Client Advisor cultivates client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal styling both in person and digitally. This onsite role leverages technology and omni channel tools to drive sales, conversion, and client engagement while collaborating with the sales team to meet individual and store goals.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through in person and digital outreach
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to advise clients
• Utilize digital selling tools and omni channel inventory to close sales
• Achieve personal sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize business development through outreach and technology usage
• Create client traffic using social media and digital tools
• Collaborate with the sales team to create a positive work environment
• Report to the Sales Manager and follow store policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Commission sales experience
• Comfortable using technology and digital selling tools
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships
