Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor will drive store sales and deliver exceptional luxury service by building lasting client relationships, providing product expertise, and supporting store operations to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal sales goals and contribute to team sales growth
• Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to support the sales process
• Engage with clients to promote products and provide personalized assistance
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through follow up and after sales support
• Collect and update client information for personalized service
• Collaborate with team members and store leadership to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Maintain store displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines
• Execute action plans to enhance sales performance and identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem solving skills
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
