Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients throughout the store and department.
- Engage customers and offer personalized styling and product recommendations.
- Demonstrate selling and service behaviors to build lasting customer relationships.
- Follow up on customer requests and commitments in a timely manner.
- Handle transactions and promote store services smoothly.
- Assist across sales floor, fitting rooms, and other store areas as needed.
- Maintain selling floor, process new receipts, and manage merchandise returns.
- Ensure merchandise protection standards and store audit compliance are met.
- Collaborate with store leaders and peers to meet goals and foster a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Styling experience in luxury fashion or strong knowledge of designer brands and trends.
- Experience creating meaningful customer connections and delivering hospitality driven service.
- Ability to operate a point of sale system and basic store technology.
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom and lift up to 30lb.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Motivated and results driven with proven ability to meet sales goals.
- Attention to personal presentation and professionalism while on shift.
