Job Description

Summary

Seeking a motivated Client Advisor to deliver exceptional luxury retail experiences and build lasting client relationships through personalized service and clienteling tools. This role involves achieving sales objectives, mastering product knowledge, and advising clients across product categories in a fast paced environment. The position is open to part time or full time applicants with customer centric or retail experience, ideally from a high end market.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals
  • Learn and master brand and product knowledge
  • Advise and assist clients across all product categories
  • Develop long term client relationships using clienteling tools
  • Deliver personalized service that reflects the brand promise
  • Support a high level of client satisfaction and retention
  • Contribute to a collaborative and high performing store environment

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience preferred, ideally in a luxury market
  • Strong customer service and client relationship skills
  • Commercial and sales oriented mindset
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and develop product expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
