Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Maintain a guest ready sales floor where clients feel welcomed and comfortable
• Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Execute client journey behaviors to drive repeat business
• Capture and cultivate client data and relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Collaborate openly with colleagues and management
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent customer service role
• Experience generating sales and developing client relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated customer empathy and ability to exceed client expectations
