Client Advisor

Summary

As a Client Advisor you will create memorable experiences for a diverse, global clientele in a luxury retail setting. You will combine a strategic sales mindset with elevated interpersonal skills to build meaningful customer relationships and support store performance. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and the holiday period, is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized service and product advice to clients on the sales floor.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and proactive outreach.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Manage client records, sales transactions and product presentations with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in brand training to enhance product knowledge and service standards.

Requirements

• Experience in luxury retail or a client-centric customer service environment, or equivalent transferable experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a motivation to continuously improve performance.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and the holiday period (November and December).
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain professionalism with an international clientele.
