Summary

Sales Ambassadors curate exceptional in-store experiences by delivering personalized service and expert product guidance. They build and maintain client relationships, leverage digital tools for clienteling, and support store sales goals while contributing to team coaching and development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized styling recommendations and strong product knowledge.
• Drive individual and team sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and execute client outreach and wardrobing strategies.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to promote customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain store visual standards and uphold brand policies and procedures.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, team training, and hiring efforts.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty, high-volume, or high-profile retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Comfort using digital sales tools and CRM platforms for clienteling.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and maneuver around the sales floor.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing when needed.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
