Summary

Deliver exceptional luxury menswear service by building and maintaining a loyal clientele through personalized styling, holistic selling, and strong product knowledge. Participate in merchandising and store maintenance while using technology and loyalty programs to enhance the customer experience. Work collaboratively with the store team to drive sales and repeat business in a high‑end retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal sales and holistic selling to build repeat clientele.
• Educate clients on product features and loyalty program benefits.
• Prepare for appointments by selecting merchandise and planning add‑on opportunities.
• Follow up with clients regarding alterations, fittings, and dedicated appointments.
• Participate in merchandising activities and maintain the store presentation.
• Utilize provided resources and technology to drive new business and client engagement.
• Work effectively as part of the store team to meet sales goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of retail clothing or footwear sales experience, preferably in luxury.
• Experience across menswear categories such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, and tailored clothing preferred.
• Strong interest in fashion, menswear, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to participate in training and apply new skills.
• Comfort using technology to support customer service and sales activities.
• Ability to build relationships and inspire repeat business.
