Responsibilities

• Provide personalized client service and cultivate lasting relationships through proactive clienteling.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and outreach.
• Maintain expert product knowledge and stay informed on current collections.
• Ensure visual presentation, floor readiness and inventory accuracy.
• Participate in brand training and collaborate with the team; work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.

Requirements

• Experience in luxury retail or a strong background in client-centric customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic sales mindset, self-motivated and eager to learn and improve performance.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and the November/December holiday period.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
