Summary
Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional personalized service to luxury clientele in a fast paced retail environment. The role focuses on building long term client relationships, achieving individual and team sales targets, and representing the brand with professionalism and product expertise. This position includes part time and full time seasonal opportunities and reports to the Team Manager.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding and fulfilling client needs and preferences.
- Represent the brand with passion and professionalism in every client interaction.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales objectives through effective engagement and relationship building.
- Develop and maintain long term client relationships using in house clienteling tools and systems.
- Learn and maintain expert product knowledge across all categories to provide personalized advice.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and dynamic store environment.
- Engage proactively with a diverse clientele to drive repeat business and loyalty.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience, preferably within a high end or luxury market.
- Strong sales and commercial mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence clients.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve personal and team performance.
- Passion for building and maintaining meaningful client relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
