Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow the Gucci selling ceremony
- Capture and maintain meaningful client data using company CRM tools
- Maintain an accurate organized client book and perform client follow up
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury product knowledge
- Support store visual standards and merchandise presentation
- Maintain organized understock and stock room
- Adhere to company image standards and store security procedures
- Work collaboratively as a team member to ensure a positive environment
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including primarily weekends up to 20 hours per week
- 1+ years of prior service related work experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with technology and CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong organization, follow up, and attention to detail
- Positive friendly outgoing manner with a service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast moving dynamic environment and adapt to customers
