Temporary Holiday Associate

Summary

Seasonal retail role supporting sales and boutique operations during the holiday period. Act as a brand ambassador to deliver exceptional client experiences in a luxury environment through client service, merchandising and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients warmly to create memorable holiday shopping experiences
• Support sales team with styling and personalized client interactions
• Assist with gift wrapping, replenishment and checkout operations
• Maintain elegant and organized client areas to reflect boutique standards
• Provide hospitality and enhance each step of the client journey
• Assist with inventory tasks and stock replenishment
• Support special projects and other operational tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail fashion or hospitality preferred
• Strong client service skills with a passion for delivering world class experiences
• Flexible availability to work evenings weekends and holidays during peak trading periods
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment and maintain boutique standards
• Authorization to work in the United States
