Job Description

Summary

Join the store team as a Sales Associate delivering exceptional client experiences through clienteling, product knowledge, and styling expertise. The role focuses on driving sales and commercial KPIs while supporting store operations and maintaining high presentation standards. You will engage customers, follow up on inquiries, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
  • Provide an elevated and welcoming client experience on the sales floor
  • Build sales through styling expertise and product knowledge
  • Conduct clienteling and capture client data to drive repeat business
  • Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and events
  • Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
  • Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
  • Adhere to company policies and retail operating procedures

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent customer service role
  • Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
  • Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office navigation
  • Passion for the brand and product offering
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
