Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets to support store commercial success.
- Act as a brand ambassador conveying product heritage, design, and craftsmanship.
- Build and maintain an exclusive client portfolio through personalized engagement and events.
- Deliver white-glove post-purchase service including follow-ups, repairs, and service requests.
- Execute POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Open and close the store register in compliance with policies.
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention activities.
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Support and inspire colleagues to foster a collaborative sales environment.
Requirements
- Proven success in a premium or luxury retail environment.
- Experience developing and retaining a discerning clientele; existing client book desirable.
- Impeccable personal presentation and strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and handle items up to 20 lbs.
- Deep appreciation for luxury craftsmanship and elevated lifestyles.
- Multilingual skills in Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Mandarin preferred.
