Client Advisor - Mall At Short Hills

As a Client Advisor at Bottega Veneta in the Mall at Short Hills, you will serve as an ambassador of the brand, exhibiting passion for Bottega Veneta and consistently providing world-class customer service. You will meet and exceed sales and Key Performance Indicator goals, contributing to the dynamic team environment.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients via appointments and consignments.
• Inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
• Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining client profile records.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections using various training resources.
• Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures, maintain visual standards, and comply with company policies.

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented attitude.
• Polished and well-groomed appearance.
• Availability to work closing shifts, weekends, and during the holiday season.
• Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.
