Summary
Client Advisor responsible for representing the Brand and delivering an outstanding in-store luxury experience. Role focuses on building client relationships, driving individual sales performance and KPIs, and maintaining product and brand knowledge to foster customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers providing an excellent in-store experience.
- Maintain and develop client relationships using individual approaches and CRM tools.
- Proactively engage in cross selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve targets.
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competitor activity.
- Demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge to guide clients.
- Handle customer complaints and liaise with line manager when necessary.
- Ensure shop floor and visual displays meet company operational guidelines.
- Follow stock procedures and contribute to loss prevention and security.
Requirements
- Proven experience building long-lasting client relationships.
- Passion for sales and strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving, curiosity, and interest in luxury, fashion, art and design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for and knowledge of the product category.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
