Summary
Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail service in the Meatpacking store, meeting sales goals and maintaining client relationships while supporting store operations and visual standards. The role requires strong product knowledge, consistent client outreach, and collaboration with management and team members.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPI’s through client outreach and appointments
- Utilize company selling techniques including cross-selling and upselling to maximize transactions
- Develop and maintain client profiles and nurture long-term client relationships
- Inform clients of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives
- Support store opening and closing procedures and perform light cleaning and cycle counts
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including presentation and signage
- Continuously seek feedback and engage in training to sustain product knowledge
- Be mobile on the sales floor and assist with inventory and holiday season coverage
- Comply with company policies and contribute to a respectful work environment
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, luxury retail preferred
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor
- Available for closing shifts multiple times per week and weekend coverage including Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to be on feet and mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly
- Team-oriented with strong work ethic and leadership qualities
