Summary

Provide elevated customer service and personalized styling to clients in-store and digitally for men's sportswear. Use digital tools and technology to cultivate relationships, drive sales goals, and act as a trusted style advisor while reporting to the Sales Manager at the specified store location.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through elevated selling and personal engagement
• Provide expert styling and product knowledge for men's sportswear
• Utilize digital selling tools social media and store technology for outreach and sales
• Sell using omni-channel and fleetwide inventory including remote and in-person clients
• Achieve personal sales client conversion and wardrobing targets
• Strategize individual business to increase productivity through outreach and technology
• Create a positive collaborative work environment with team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Experience in styling fashion and fashion retail
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
• Commission sales experience with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible work schedule and ability to work onsite at store
