The Client Advisor delivers exceptional luxury client service, represents the brand, and creates a personalized branded experience while contributing to store sales and visual standards. The role requires passion for fashion, strong communication, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships through CRM and organized client books.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store monthly and seasonal sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service following the Gucci selling ceremony
- Capture and maintain accurate client data using company CRM tools
- Maintain an active, organized client book and follow up on client requests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent luxury client experience
- Contribute to visual merchandising and uphold store visual standards
- Maintain stock room and understock organization
- Adhere to company image standards and store security procedures
- Work a flexible schedule including primarily weekend hours
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of prior service related work experience
- Ability to work up to 20 hours per week with flexible weekend availability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with technology and CRM tools
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong organizational and follow up skills with attention to detail
- Positive, outgoing manner and service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
