Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value
• Capture and enter relevant customer information and maintain/expand a client book
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes
• Follow up on shipping, alterations, and client service issues
• Assist with housekeeping, store image, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Adhere to all company policies

Requirements

• Client book strongly preferred
• Desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales
• Passion for luxury product and an appreciation for design
• Tech savvy with ability to learn and use various software programs
• Service oriented and customer focused
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Foreign languages a plus
