Client Advisor - Miami Design District

Summary

We are seeking a Client Advisor to drive sales and deliver exceptional, personalized service at the Miami Design District store. The Client Advisor cultivates strong client relationships, supports after-sales care and clienteling, and contributes to visual merchandising and store operations. The role works collaboratively with store leadership and team members to meet sales objectives and create elevated shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance and product recommendations to clients on the sales floor to drive sales growth.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, follow up on purchases, and deliver after-sales support.
• Collect and update client information in CRM and other digital tools to tailor future interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and store leadership to ensure a seamless shopping experience and execute action plans to improve performance.
• Maintain store displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to optimize sales growth and operational efficiencies and support inventory operations as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• General knowledge of sales, store operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
