Client Advisor

As a Seasonal Client Advisor, you will partner with Moncler's sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management teams to support the full life cycle of the client experience. You will ensure a seamless and personalized experience for all clients, embodying Moncler values and projecting an elevated and positive image both front of house and back of house.

• Achieve individual and team objectives and provide the best client experience.
• Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs.
• Support Client Advisors in providing an exceptional client experience.
• Retrieve and deliver product requests from the back of house to sales floor.
• Assist in the maintenance and execution of visual merchandising standards.
• Contribute to inventory preparation and execution.
• Support operational tasks including back of house organization.
• Participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Team oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Client-centric individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional presentation and effective communication skills.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
