Client Advisor - Neiman Marcus

Summary

The Client Advisor represents the brand and creates memorable luxury experiences by placing clients’ needs first. This role builds lasting client relationships, promotes brand loyalty, and contributes to individual and team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide exceptional in-store service tailored to their needs.
• Record client information in the company CRM and build relationships through personalized follow-up.
• Support omnichannel service, cross-selling, and achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain product and fashion knowledge, shop-floor standards, visual displays, and stock procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues, address client complaints, and help prevent product theft.

Requirements

• Passion for sales, luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Experience building long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Motivation, resilience, and a results-driven approach.
• English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
