Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store service through personalized consultations, curated looks, and Made to Measure recommendations.
• Build client relationships through networking, CRM follow-ups, and clienteling.
• Drive sales and customer engagement while contributing to store KPIs and operational standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and support alterations, repairs, and returns.
• Share customer insights, product feedback, and store updates with the team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or client-focused sales.
• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms, and knowledge of clienteling best practices.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills.
