Client Advisor - Rush St.

Summary

The Client Advisor serves as a trusted brand ambassador, delivering excellent client service and achieving individual sales goals. The role cultivates meaningful client relationships through product expertise and selling ceremonies while contributing to boutique performance.

Responsibilities

• Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
• Locate merchandise at other boutiques for clients and accurately process charge-send sales.
• Organize assigned stock on the floor and in the stockroom, participate in inventory and cycle counts, and follow procedures to protect boutique assets.
• Assist with packing or wrapping merchandise and follow store security procedures as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Strong drive for business results and passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships with strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to provide outstanding service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication.
• Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment, stand for extended periods, handle merchandise and fixtures, and lift at least 30 pounds.
