Client Advisor - NorthPark

Summary

The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador responsible for achieving individual sales goals by deepening client relationships and delivering best-in-class, personalized service both in-store and remotely. The role focuses on recruiting and developing clients, providing expert product knowledge and styling advice, and promoting virtual appointments and distance sales. The advisor also supports store operations and upholds visual and loss-prevention standards.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and build strong relationships with clients in-store and remotely.
• Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences using storytelling, product knowledge, and luxury service rituals.
• Drive individual and store sales through effective selling, cross-selling, and upselling; recruit clients for virtual appointments and distance sales.
• Capture and maintain accurate client information and process POS transactions.
• Participate in stock maintenance, inventories, and general store administration.
• Maintain visual merchandising and adhere to grooming, company policies, and loss-prevention standards.
• Collaborate with team members to support store performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven sales track record.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and consistently exceed sales results.
• Strong communication, commercial awareness, styling skills, and passion for luxury fashion.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High degree of professionalism, ethics, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
